Mansfield Service Partners Completes Fleet-Lube Acquisition

Mansfield Service Partners (MSP), a leading provider of fuel and energy solutions, completed its acquisition of Fleet-Lube, a full-service mobile refueling and equipment services company based in Celina, Texas. The acquisition expands MSP’s presence and capabilities in the construction segment, where Fleet-Lube has a strong reputation and customer base.

Fleet-Lube operates a fleet of delivery assets and serves businesses in the Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Houston areas. Fleet-Lube offers on-site fueling, lubricants, and maintenance services for various equipment, such as generators, compressors, cranes, and excavators. Fleet-Lube’s employees will join the MSP team and continue to deliver high-quality service to their customers.
