Rocky joined Mansfield Service Partners in 2020 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in the downstream energy sector. He previously served as CEO of Empire Petroleum Partners LLC and as CEO of Susser Petroleum Partners LP. He received an MBA at the University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University.
Brian Cannon joined Mansfield Service Partners in 2021 and serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & CFO. Brian works in all divisions with a focus on both organic and inorganic P&L growth and process improvement. Brian has over 20 years of experience within the midstream and downstream energy sector. He worked for TransMontaigne as SVP, Marketing and Arthur Andersen LLP in their Business Process Outsourcing department. He has extensive experience in both the commercial as well as the finance and accounting aspects of the business. He received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tom Horvatits is Senior Vice President for Mansfield Service Partners, where he oversees the P&L, daily operations, and sales efforts of the Specialty Fueling Services division. Tom has been in the fuel and lubricant industry for 15 years. Prior to joining O’Rourke and Mansfield he was Vice President for Tropic Oil in Miami, Florida.
Larry Cekella joined Mansfield Service Partners as Senior Vice President of Lubricants and Environmental Services in May 2020. As leader over the lubricants and environmental services businesses, Larry is focused on accomplishing Mansfield Service Partners rapid growth strategy. Larry holds a BS in Engineering and has over 25 years’ experience within the industry delivering growth.
Brian Adams serves as Vice President of Select Environmental, where he provides leadership and has overall responsibility for the business unit’s growth strategy. Brian joined Select Environmental in October of 2021, bringing with him 20 years of environmental and industrial services experience. Brian has a degree in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University, and also attended the Rice University, Jones School of Business, Advanced Management Program. He maintains a CHMM credential which he has held since 2004.
Tyrrell Henley is Senior Director of Marine Services (OMS). Tyrrell is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he majored in Business Administration. He has been in the marine fuel business since 2008 holding positions at Chevron and Bomin Bunkers. He is responsible for the growth, assets, profitability, and safe operation of OMS and its employees.
