Mansfield Service Partners is a premier distributor of lubricants, fuels, and environmental services. Based in Houston, Texas, MSP was founded in 1932 by Gene O’Rourke as O’Rourke Petroleum. Since then, the company has grown from a single gas station to a nationally recognized full-service provider. In 2018, O’Rourke Petroleum was acquired by Mansfield Energy Corp, and Mansfield Service Partners was formed. Our success is the result of our continued commitment to deliver superior products and expert services to customers.

We supply all grades of gasoline, on and off-road diesel, ultra-low sulfur diesel, renewable diesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and fuel additives to boost engine performance. We provide specialty fueling solutions for many types of fleets, from mobile fueling and direct-to-equipment fueling, to local and nationwide Fleet Card programs and price risk management agreements.

Our dedicated environmental team, Select Environmental, brings over 27 years’ expertise to safely manage your hazardous, non-hazardous, recyclable, and universal waste streams. Our expertly trained environmental managers provide inspections, analysis, management, collection, and custom solutions for your waste challenges.

We offer a range of services – from storage and dispensing equipment to complete installations, inspections and repairs.
